Staging Services

Buyers see a Professionally Staged property to be well maintained and move-in ready.  A seller has less then 15 seconds to make that critical first impression on potential buyers. DecoChic Interiors can make those few initial seconds count by providing the WOW factor that will grab potential buyer's attentions.
 
The investment to Professionally Stage your property before putting it on the market is far less then your first price reduction. This allows you to keep money in your pocket instead of leaving it on the table.

This way you can be sure you are presenting your property in it's best possible light to the very first potential buyer! 
 
Staging is a 3 step process.
 
Step 1: Consultation
During the consultation I tour your property and fill out a written report detailing all areas, interior and exterior, that may require attention - this includes any repairs, replacement, updating or packing up.  Once the tour is complete, we will create a priority list based on your schedule and budget.  This report is left with you to refer back to.  A Quote is also provided for the initial 30 day investment of the Showcasing. 
Fee: Consultations start as low as $200.
 
Step 2: Prep Step
During this step all the recommendations from the report are being completed.  These can be done on your own if you feel comfortable and confident or by a professional if you prefer. DecoChic Interiors can provide qualified, licensed referrals for required services, if needed.
 
Step 3: Showcasing
This is the final step.  In this step I will create an inviting environment through strategic furniture and accessory placement that will allow buyers to make the emotional connection necessary to envision themselves living there. 
Fee: Starting at $300 for partial day and $500 for full day 
 
Pre-Photo Styling
Once you have completed the recommendations provided during the consultation I return to put the finishing touches on just before your listing photos are taken.  This is a cost effective way to get the professional touches to make your property stand out from the rest!
Fee: Only $225
 
If required, Furniture, Art and Accessory rentals are available on a monthly basis.
