Initial Consultations
These Consultations are to get to know your needs & offer different solutions for your decor questions. These packages are beneficial for clients who are comfortable with executing the decorating plan themselves but are looking for some guidance & direction and are also great starters to larger projects. Call to see which option best suits your needs.
Fee: Starting as low as $130
We also offer Shopping Services, Furniture Placement, Color Consultations, Art Placement & Hanging and more.

Professional Home Staging

Make those few intial seconds count! DecoChic Interiors can provide the WOW factor that will grab potential buyer's attentions. The investment to Professionally Stage your property before putting it on the market is less then your first price reduction. This allows you to keep money in your pocket instead of leaving it on the table.

Staging is a 3 step process.
Step 1: Consultation
We tour your property with a Buyer's Eye, which means we look everywhere a potential buyer will look; in closets & cupboards, under the stairs, in the garage as well as out the windows. During the tour we fill out a 50 page Room Ready HandBook detailing all areas, interior & exterior, that may require repair, replacement, updating or packing up. Once our tour is complete we will sit down with you and go through the RRHB and discuss the recommendations. Once all questions have been answered & all concerns addressed, the RRHB is left with you to refer back to. Within 24-48 hours of the Consultation a Staging Proposal is presented to you for the initial 30 day investment of the Showcasing.
Fee: Consultations start as low as $180 for homes up to 1800 square feet.
Step 2: Prep Step
During this step you will be completing all the necessary recommendations from the RRHB. These can be done on your own if you feel comfortable & confident or by a professional if you prefer. DecoChic Interiors can provide qualified, licensed referrals for required services.
Step 3: Showcasing
This is the final step where we return with our team to complete the Showcasing of your property.
If required, Furniture, Art & Accessory rentals are available on a monthly basis.
